I will create an online registration form using google form that will collect and store data for later use. The data ranges from : Name, email, address, age e.t.c.

With this form, people can apply for your marketing campaigns, seminars, alumni meetings, surveys, workshops and trainings and you use their data for follow-up. 

You can get results in the form of Spread sheet or Graphs.

This form is easier and cheaper compared to a Php or Asp powered form that requires a database. I will finish this job within 24hrs but revisions might take some time depending on what you want, so i set delivery time to 2 days.

It can serve as an application form or contact form

Details I need to create your Form:

1. Data you"ll like to collect. e.g name,email, address...

2. Your logo/ images (if any)

3. Congratulatory message after a successful form completion. i.e " Your form was successfully completed ! "
