He quit for the day yesterday without telling me and I thought he was going to work on the order during the session just like he did last time but that wasn't the case. When I complained he confirmed he had left for the day but did not apologize. Then today in the middle of the session he decides to go to lunch and says he will be back in one hour. He wasn't back until 90 minutes later. I found this very irritating.
