A FullStack application would be built with JavaScript on the frontend and backend. I would use React for the frontend and create a beautiful user interface according to the specifications. The frontend would get its data from an already existing API (if your order is for Basic) or I would build the API from scratch with Node.js (If you order for Standard or Premium).

1. Create a Wireframe & Design for you to Approve
2. Build Template with HTML & CSS (According to the design you want)
3. Craft the Client Side or Frontend with React.JS
4. Build the API on the backend with Node.JS
5. Connect the Client Side with the API
   
6. Deploy the FULLSTACK APPLICATION to your chosen hosting provider
