I will WORK WITH YOU to create a custom-designed, responsive website utilizing HTML/CSS/JavaScript under the Bootstrap 4 framework. The price this is offered for is well below it's value, but I am taking this as a learning experience and have limited my queue of this gig to 1 accordingly.



I am well versed in HTML/CSS and have worked for more than two years at a Fortune 500 company designing intranet websites through the SharePoint platform. That said, I have minimal experience working as a freelance web developer.
