The prices in the packages cover the actual development of your site or application. This covers the actual writing of the code. During the development process, I will host the current version of the site on a temporary domain name. After the code is complete, deployment and hosting will come as a monthly charge depending on the services you need (how many users, performance of the site, extra features).
