This review is only for the first half of the gig. So far rubygarage has been excellent to work with, and although his English is not really good, his work is excellent. This gig is to add a report to an app written in Rails, where I no longer have access to the original coder, just the source code. rubygarage has been able to work well in discovering how the code works and how to modify it to suit.
