I will design and develop a premium website for you with the highly encrypted framework laravel and front-end development by Bootstrap 4 or Material design. Normal design won't take long than 2 to 3 days but complex design with animation would take 4 days.
Tools and software:
I will design Mock or sketch if that fits you then I will start development.
Front-end development will be made through bootstrap 4 or material design.
Back-end development is developed through Laravel and PHP.
Time:
Because This is an simple agency website it will not take time. It will take 3 to 4 days with back-end panel.
